At After Hours Clothing, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for products that are faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it as quickly as possible.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
